We really hope you love your Beebee+Bongo goodies, but if you receive your items and they are not what you expected, we will issue a full refund. Please return to us with a copy of your invoice within 30 days. The return postage is your responsibility so please used a tracked method. We aim to process and refund returns within 5 days of receipt.
We offer free restocking fee.
If you want to exchange your product, or ordered the wrong product, or you have changed your mind, you will be responsible to pay the return shipping cost. For other legal issues, we will pay the return shipping cost.
If you receive an item that’s faulty upon delivery, please send us a photo and we’ll send you a pre-paid label so you can send it back to us. Then we’ll send you a replacement as fast as we can. Please email us at hello@beebeeandbongo.com to get the exchange started.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. We do not offer refunds or exchanges of sale items.
